Our Tenkasu Udon, using fresh udon noodles, thick, chewy and silky-smooth, is served in a delicate dashi broth (this is how we, Japanese people, usually eat udon noodles).
Finished with crispy tenkasu that soak up the umami while keeping a light crunch—comforting, simple, and deeply satisfying.
When ordering this udon, we recommend choosing one tempura item from our tempura menu as well to enjoy it even more.
