Sashimi Ohitashi is a refined Japanese dish that combines the delicate freshness of raw sashimi with the earthy flavors of ohitashi — a traditional Japanese method of blanching and marinating vegetables, in the case of Tokyooo, in a special sauce. This option is with Tuna and Dorado slices.
Tokyooo is the authentic Japanese restaurant which brought the first conveyor (kaiten) system to Armenia. Our restaurant is managed by a Japanese owner and Japanese chef partnered with a local Armenian. Of course, you can try very authentic sushi here but also beautifully decorated Japanese dishes as well as minimalistic Izakaya-style dishes including a variety of Ramen noodles which have recently become a phenomenon in the world.
