Marinated Armenian trout sashimi with ikura. It is a luxurious dish combining tender, thinly sliced trout with a rich, flavorful marinade. The Armenian trout is delicately seasoned, allowing its natural freshness to shine, while the ikura (roe of Armenian trout) adds a burst of briny, poppy texture.
Tokyooo is the authentic Japanese restaurant which brought the first conveyor (kaiten) system to Armenia. Our restaurant is managed by a Japanese owner and Japanese chef partnered with a local Armenian. Of course, you can try very authentic sushi here but also beautifully decorated Japanese dishes as well as minimalistic Izakaya-style dishes including a variety of Ramen noodles which have recently become a phenomenon in the world.
