Description
This was developed for fish and Japanese food lovers who want to enjoy the crisp and refreshing tastes from the combination of fresh salmon slice, lemon slice and our special sauce.
It is inspired by the idea of Italian carpaccio but infused with more Japanese taste and decoration. This can be a good pair with many other dishes (especially grilled / fried ones) in our menu.
A beautifully arranged salmon dish featuring six fresh salmon slices paired with bright lemon, crisp daikon tsuma, and refreshing cucumber. Served with one of our signature sauces and accented with curly carrot, dill, microgreens, and an edible flower.
